Alberto is an Italian-born entrepreneur and Co-Founder of V7, an AI productivity company building agents that automate knowledge work at scale.
Alberto is a founder in AI in 2015, initially creating first deep learning engine capable of running large convolutional neural networks on smartphones chips. This technology led to Aipoly, a camera app that identifies thousands of objects in real-time to aid the blind and visually impaired, scanning over 2 billion objects to date and being translated in 26 languages.
His work on AI granted him an award from the President of Italy as well as the Premio Gentile for Science and Innovation in 2017, and won two CES Best Innovation awards in 2017, 2018.
Today, Alberto’s work at V7 enables over 300 companies to develop AI agents that take care of back office and middle-office tasks in white-collar work across finance, insurance, legal, and real-estate, enabling them to understand complex documents and internal knowledge to tackle complex processes that transform industries towards AI-led operations. The company raised over $50 million and is used by the likes of KPMG, GE, General Motors, to help employees work beyond human scale.
