He has more than 25 years’ experience coaching top-performing individuals and teams in corporate settings – from start-ups to Fortune 30 companies.
Prior to launching his own business, Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms, Drake Beam Morin (now Lee Hecht Harrison). He has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change and human relations.
From his early experiences growing up in the Midwest achieving leadership roles in school, church and his journey to becoming an Eagle Scout, Allan has always been interested in human potential and what makes leaders top-performing.
Allan is the co-author of three leadership and personal development books:

Allan has a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. He is a certified practitioner in number leadership and team assessments, including the Integrative Enneagram instrument.
