Ashlee Wakefield is a Los Angeles and New York-based entrepreneur, artist, and certified reiki practitioner.

Originally from the Bay Area and for many years, Ashlee is a nomad who built her creative resume among many cultures by connecting herself with artists, venues, and corporations from country to country. She has founded and funded two client-facing companies (both in the Health and Beauty industries) and has moved forcefully under the radar in the entertainment industry; driving cultural change.

On a mission to disrupt the beauty industry to benefit men’s mental health, she aims to change outdated societal ideologies, foster transformative conversations, and lay a solid foundation to build healthy self-care habits.

As the first black woman CEO of a men’s skincare brand, and a part of the 29% of women in leadership and 4% of the black population who make up the entire beauty industry, she is a driving force for representation in the space. Ashlee is motivated to inspire more women, continue shifting culture, and create a more boundless, uplifted society.
