As a founding member of the Genesis group of companies, Brittney was integral in the creation of their platforms. She developed and directed virtually all aspects of loan origination and client management as well as worked to ensure continuous enhancement and measurable improvement for underwriting, accounting, and investor relations. With her involvement in and facilitation of the due diligence of Genesis Capital’s leverage facilities, she is able to use this background to create transparent and efficient processes to expand the Fund’s market presence.

Ms. Fairweather led Genesis Auctions’ Business Development team, working with both buyers and sellers to facilitate the sales of inventory and the creation of strategic partnerships nationwide. She worked hand in hand with the Chief Revenue Officer of Investablity and RentRange to lead their sales team and expand their product suite of data and investment underwriting tools to span the Single Family Real Estate market nationwide.

Most recently, Ms. Fairweather led the Sales and Originations team at Aureus Finance where she interfaced with clients across all facets of residential real estate investment and finance.
