The platform allows job seekers to record an online video introduction as part of a shareable profile including a resume. Candidates can then submit these profiles to companies, add them to their resumes and have direct access to the jobs and companies on Intro30.

On the demand side, Intro30 will enable companies to view a candidate’s 30-second elevator pitch, search the database by keyword, location or skillset and reach out to learn more about them. Companies can also list their jobs, market them and share them with QR codes, and attract candidates directly.
