I believe we are at the beginning of a culture shift of purpose over profit. I believe that people are intelligent and creative and capable of whatever their skills and passions dictate. I believe that these two things collide in a perfect storm of opportunity for people to find fulfillment and satisfaction in their careers. I believe that the process of transformation for individuals, teams, and companies is hard and can be made easier with someone walking alongside them as a coach.
