Jessica graduated in 2000 with a BS in Communications from The University of Colorado, Boulder. She launched her career at RegOnline, learning and later advocating for a more ‘human’ way of providing support at the Boulder-based software start-up. The heart fostered in that small team through ownership during those lean years made a lasting impact.
Over the next decade, Jessica advanced through the support organization, established a Professional Services team, weathered an acquisition, an IPO, and the upheaval inherent in those moves. The company built and instilled a strong foundation for its teams that inspired Jessica as she endeavored to grow a new company in the same vein as RegOnline.
Jessica joined The Receptionist as the primary hire in 2015 and established a ‘whole company’ approach to supporting customers. That approach became so impactful that The Receptionist gained a reputation as a top choice for Visitor Management solutions throughout the US and Canada with consistent NPS scores of 80+. Radical Support© was trademarked and became core to the company ethos.
