Podcast Producer - Contract to Hire

The Job

We are looking for an experienced producer to join our team. In this role you’ll be involved in every stage of connecting podcast guests to hosts — from interviewing potential clients, to booking guest features, writing website content, and creating valuable relationships. The ideal candidate has a communications background, experience identifying and booking podcasts, and an ear for a good story.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Pitch guest appearances
  • Find, qualify, and pitch podcasts
  • Ensure smooth booking process for all digital tools and applications
  • Arrange for studio recordings and tape syncs
  • Prepare guests and hosts for interviews 
  • Design and implement digital campaign strategies 
  • Grow and maintain the Kitcaster’s social media presence
  • Help out with basic social media tasks, including posts and ads
  • Opportunity to host your own Kitcaster podcast

 

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of four years of experience as a digital director or social media specialist 
  • A communications background 
  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CRMs, gsuite
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns (Google, AdWords, and Social Media)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Analyzing Results
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Drive)
  • Spreadsheet Wizard
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail and self-direction
  • A high tolerance for puns

 

Bachelor Degree and former campaign experience preferred but not required. This is a full-time job based in our Denver, CO office.
