Quinn Osha
Founder at Topmarq
After 4 years in the tech industry, Quinn decided to make the leap to entrepreneurship. Having had a few bad experiences with both car dealers and the private market, he saw an opportunity to make a big impact in the trillion dollar automotive industry.
Quinn founded Topmarq to create a new way for people to sell their used vehicles, where they can make more money, have a great experience, and feel confident in their decision to sell.
Despite minimal bootstrapped funds, Quinn was able to drive Topmarq to revenue in just 6 short months and grow the platform to cover dealerships with a combined volume of over 1 million vehicles per year.

Quinn was raised surrounded by cars. From car shows to auctions, there was always something automotive going on over the weekends. Though he always had a passion for entrepreneurship, he believed real life experience would be crucial to his success as a founder.
After gaining that experience across 3 different domains with his former company, he knew he was ready to make the leap. With no outside funding, co-founders, or software engineering experience he quit his job to start Topmarq as a way to merge his two biggest passions: startups and cars. He focuses heavily on applying lean and agile development strategies every step of the way.
Topmarq was created to get sellers the most for their used vehicle by showcasing bids from the top local and online dealers with one easy search. They aim to disrupt the car selling market in the same way Kayak.com did when they became the first aggregator of plane ticket prices.
Quinn began his career as an electrical engineer for body camera and Taser manufacturer Axon based in Scottsdale, Arizona. After just 3 months in the position, he was promoted to Lead Electrical Engineer for a new product line - in-car camera systems for police vehicles.
Once the first generation product was launched, Quinn took on the role of NPI Program Manager. He worked closely with global suppliers and the engineering team to ensure product milestones were hit and the execution plan was followed. Quinn’s experience managing high-volume global supply chains for electronics gives him a unique insight into the widespread chip shortages affecting the automotive market.
In 2018, when a business need arose for a technical resource in the Asia Pacific sales organization, Quinn accepted the assignment. He was relocated to Sydney, Australia to support sales across the region and aided in closing 2 new countries as customers in the 18 months he was there. While he never learned to surf, he loves to talk about the countless beaches and vacation spots in the region.
