Rachel got really good at being really resilient, and then she realized she wanted more. Through navigating the journey of alignment to her highest self, she stopped seeing herself as a character in different chapters of her life — a survivor, warrior, victim or hero — she became the author of the entire book.
Rachel is anchored to the belief that people are meant to thrive. That being said, she recognizes that in a life without fundamental choice, thriving is unavailable to choose. As an alignment coach, advisor and strategist, she engages with an equal power dynamic to help people recognize the level of choice they fundamentally hold, so they can choose to thrive. She makes thriving attainable through the tools and guide posts of creating greater alignment to drive people’s greatest success.
Rachel found her own great success through consistently letting go of what no longer served her and taking actions that reflected her highest priorities and deepest intentions. In other words, she became aligned with her highest self.
Rachel helps people locate and align with their own north star to navigate: health & wellness, relationships, lineage & family, inner joy, professional journeys, wealth, leadership, mindset, groundedness and society.
Rachel is in the business of making things better through creating greater alignment by calling people in as opposed to out — holding each space with compassion and speaking the language of allowing, invitation, curiosity and choice.
Yet, Rachel is a mathematician at heart. She was the first to define alignment in a universally applicable way that also creates accountability and measurability. Labeling actions as either aligned with priorities and intentions or not; binary — 1 or 0, enabling the measurement of alignment.
Rachel Richter is the Founder and Managing Partner of INLIGN, the premier alignment coaching and advisory practice for teams and organizations seeking to rectify misalignment and enable optimal functioning. Rachel describes alignment as “culture in action.” Out of further demand, she also founded align&thrive, the alignment coaching practice for individuals with the purpose of making thriving attainable personally and professionally.
As hardships got in the way along her journey, Rachel created her own way to live a life worth living, never losing sight of everything she still had to be grateful for. While enduring a near fatal illness, being a patient of one of the most painful surgeries known to man and losing her mother to a rare disease, she simultaneously innovated and delivered billions of dollars in value for shareholders and the public for over 15 years in both publicly traded companies and federal agencies. She delivered where many thought innovation or even agreement was impossible by leveraging alignment along with compassion for herself and others.
When people come to Rachel for answers, she often starts with this simple question “Where do you want to create greater alignment and thrive?”
