Ryan started BounceX, now Wunderkind, in 2012 from his studio apartment, a far cry from the 74th floor of One World Trade. A veteran of the ecommerce space, Ryan has always had an obsession with undeniable performance. As the Head of Acquisition at Bonobos, Ryan recognized the need and opportunity for next-gen performance marketing. Under Ryan's leadership, Wunderkind has been named one of the best places to work by both Crain’s New York and Fortune Magazine, as well as ranked the #1 fastest growing software company by Inc. 5000… and we are just getting started.
Ryan built a Beanie Baby empire. By age 17, he was the largest secondary market Beanie Baby seller in the country and had seven employees, including his sister (who he fired) and an 11-year-old sales director named Danny.

While some companies focus on all the positive qualities during the interview process, the CEO of marketing platform Bounce Exchange does the opposite.
A CEO needs to look ahead in order to stay ahead. Every company is different, but at BounceX we stay focused on who our customers are, who will they be a year or two years from now and how we can bring them more value. That’s what we think about, and what we spend our time on.
