As a foreclosure investor I purchased and resold more than 150 residential and commercial foreclosures, primarily in central and northern California. Foresaw the coming foreclosure crisis at the end of 2005, selling properties and exiting the market well before the downturn.

Silicon Valley Startups
Sean launched the first streaming video for the internet at Xing (acquired by Real Networks), managed software development at the company that hosted Yahoo and Netscape (acquired by Frontier Telecom), and led the move to Software as a Service at Icarian (acquired by Workstream).
